About 25km from Saigon, a small family-run workshop makes beautiful hand-crafted wooden toys. From the outside it looks like any other Vietnamese workshop, but inside it's a different story. Many of the staff here are disabled.
The factory provides them with paid traineeships and a little extra on-the-job support so that they have all they need to work comfortably, productively and under fair trade conditions. Many found their passion for woodwork after receiving basic skills training at the local school which is also funded by the workshop.
